How it works

So, you would like a custom portrait painted? How does it work?

Firstly you press all of the relevant buttons to place your order including an upload of the subject you would like to portrait based on.

 Lucy, our artist receives the photo along with any extra details you may have included and will begin to make a start on your portrait.
Within 3 to 4 days you will receive a basic sketch or first draft of how the portrait will be.

 It is important that you retain good communication at this point as to move forward. Lucy will be relying on your answers. Over the next few days (7-10 per subject) the portrait will be completed and a final draft emailed to you. This is your digital copy complete.

However, if you have asked for a physical copy or for your portrait, or for it to be framed, this is when Lucy orders the digital print from the printers and the framers. This can take another 7-10 days.
Once the finished print has been received by the artist, then it is packaged up and sent to your chosen address.
